feeding therapy

If your concerns are primarily around mealtimes , such as food refusal, sensory differences, distress at meals or difficulty eating – this may be better suited to our Feeding Therapy service.

Feeding Therapy at Emble is a specialised service delivered by Occupational Therapists and/or Dietitians, focusing on building confidence, autonomy and a positive relationship with food.

dietetic assessments

Dietetic assessments help us understand nutrition, health and eating patterns in the context of everyday life.

This may include:

  • Dietary intake and nutritional analysis
  • Growth and development review (where relevant)
  • Mealtime patterns and routines
  • Health history related to nutrition

We also contribute to reports for care planning and goal setting where required.
